Refund policy
Orders may only be eligible for a full refund in the event that:
- The order has not been processed and shipped out
- The item(s) are safely returned before the refund is processed
- The item(s) ordered are NOT a custom product. Custom products are only eligible for partial refunds due to the time and material invested in making them
- The item(s) are NOT a b-grade or second quality item. All b-grades are non-refundable due to prior damages. Please give them a loving home! <3
