FAQ & ToS

 -> Please keep in mind that I have a second job!

  • I strive to ship orders in a timely manner, and I go to the post office at once a week typically! Please be a bit patient if larger orders/large items take on the longer end of my processing time to ship, I am only one puppy with two paws <3
  • I am always more than happy to provide updates on custom orders, and I also have a trello queue that can be accessed at any time! It will enable you to see where in my queue you are, as well as specific progress on your order.


When are you reopening commissions?

  • I currently have a commissions waitlist, which you can find located on my carrd! I also always announce public commission openings ahead of time
  • If I have slots on my Patreon for the custom ear tier open, you're welcome to join that! It's a slightly cheaper way to receive ears from me, but does require a longer wait :)


How long will it take for an order to be shipped?

  • Premade items: Shipped within 1-2 weeks! I do a post office run at least once a week depending on when I go into the office for my second job, so time until orders ship can depend on what day that week I go!
  • Custom or MTO: Processing time may vary! Please make sure to double check the listing for a processing time before emailing me! I do my best to always list the processing time directly in the listing of Made To Order items. You also are able to check my current order queue on my trello here.
  • Printful items: These typically go out fairly quickly! Printful handles all of the production/fulfillment of these items, so please reach out to me if you are having an issue with an item they made! I tend to order samples of all the products I design through them, I wouldn't use a print on demand service I didn't like the items from :)

 

Category Types~!

  • Custom - A fully customizable listing
  • Made to Order - A preset/surprise design that is created after your order is placed!
  • Premade - A specific item that is already made and is then shipped when purchased


I'm not seeing my country/state listed as a shipping option - help!

  • As of Dec. 12th 2024 I will no longer be taking any orders from EU countries due to the new GPSR policy being implemented. I am so sorry about that! In the future if I can figure out a way to stay compliant that is within my budget I may offer EU shipping through my Etsy if possible.
  • If you live in a non-EU country that does not have a shipping option set up, feel free to contact me for help! It is easy to set up and shouldn't take me long :)


Short ToS

  • Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.

  • For any drawn commissions/artwork of mine, you are NOT allowed to run it through AI or use it to train any AI models. This will result in an instant blacklist from my shop, I have absolutely no tolerance for this behavior.

  • Payment is upfront for all items on my shop! For commissions through vgen, the funds will only get released to me once I have delivered on your commission <3

  • Additional fees may be added for very complex designs. I will make you aware of any additional charges when I give you a quote!

  • Visual references for complex markings or colors are preferred. Even if it's just a quick sketch or pinterest board, any visuals are super helpful!

  • I am always open for contact at my email, twitter, or insta! Keep in mind dms through twitter/insta sometimes do not show up for me quickly, so the fastest way to get in touch with me is email. My business email is: kat@puppypilled.com . If you're contacting me about an order you've already placed please include the order number and name on the order somewhere in your email!

  • In the event of a package getting lost in the mail, I will do my best to help the postal carrier find it! But I cannot offer full refunds on custom/expensive orders unless I am able to file a successful insurance claim on it due to the time/material/money invested in the items I ship.

  • Once I have dropped off the package at the post office/postal carrier I am unable to change the address, so please make sure to give me plenty of heads up if you need the address changed! It isn't an issue for me to do, I just need to know ahead of time!
